Check-In / Check Out: We are excited to welcome our guests at 3 PM Check-In time. If you should arrive earlier, we will make every effort to accommodate you, when possible, but preparing your room is always our top priority. We will gladly store your luggage until check-in time. Our Check-Out time is 11 AM.
Cancellations: Cancellations and changes are required 7 days in advance for stays which include a Friday or Saturday night. Sunday through Thursday reservations require cancellation 24 hours in advance of arrival date. ** Holiday, Blossom weekend and group reservations subject to a 14-day cancellation. For all cancellations made after our cancellation policy, regardless of circumstance, you will be held financially responsible for your entire reservation. Changes of reservation date or early departure are treated as cancellations and carry the same fee. You are, however, always welcome to send a friend or a family member in your place. Because we are a small hotel, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we must abide by our policy in all circumstances.
Groups and Group Cancellations: Group reservations consisting of five (5) or more rooms are subject to our normal cancellation policy as stated above except that a 30-day cancellation notification is required.
Children: We have cribs and pack & plays to make the little one’s visit comfortable for an additional fee. Let our front desk know your needs at time of reservation and we will have it ready in your room.
Smoking: We are a completely non-smoking facility.
Pets: We love pets, however we are unable to allow pets during your stay.
Rates, Taxes & Gratuities: Rates do not include a County Bed Tax of 6.5% and Sales Tax of 8% and are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuities for the housekeepers are not included in the room rate and are greatly appreciated.
Minimum Stay: We generally require a minimum during the holidays. Minimum stays may also apply at other times of year.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for reservations including more than 5 rooms. The balance is due before departure.
Additional Guests: There is a $25 nightly charge for a third room-occupant.
Lost Keys: There is a $25 charge to the guest's credit card on file for any lost keys.
Housekeeping: Due to COVID, we wish to respect our guest's space and only allow daily housekeeping upon requested. The Inn of Chagrin reserves the right to charge any guest an additional fee for damage of property, room and/or excessive disruption of the room during their stay.
Same Day Reservations are charged immediately.
Gift Certificates: The Inn of Chagrin was purchased September 1, 2021 and will not be able to accept any gift certificates purchased prior to that date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
